Big changes are coming to downtown Spokane during the summer of 2023. Spokane Transit Authority (STA) will launch City Line, a rapid transit service connecting Spokane’s central neighborhoods. The new service features fully electric buses, art-covered stations and state-of-the-art technology. City Line services will open July 15, 2023. STA has announced that fares will be free until Labor Day, September 4, 2023.
